Irkotta Pistachio Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100g Benna Irkotta
  • 120ml of Benna Pistachio Milkshake
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of honey (more for topping)
  • 120g of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • Pistachios

Method

1. In a bowl mix together the ricotta, eggs , milk , honey and vanilla.
2. ⁠add the flour and baking powder. Mix well
3. ⁠On a nonstick pan add a bit of butter and 1/4 cup of pancake batter. cook for 1 minute on each side.
4. ⁠Stack the pancakes on top of each other, drizzle a bit of honey and pistachios.
