Raspberry and Blueberry Oatmeal Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 130g frozen blueberries
  • 130g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsps honey (more for topping)
  • Lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 90g Benna Unsalted Butter (cold and cut in cubes)
  • 5 tbsps self rising flour
  • 90g quick oats

Method

1. In a bowl mix together the blueberries, raspberries, 1 tbsp of honey , Lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of flour. Mix well. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl add the oats, flour and butter. Mix everything with your hands. Add the honey, mix with a spoon.
3. Transfer the berry mixture into a baking tray and the oat mixture on top.
4. Drizzle a bit of honey on top.
5. Bake for 30 minutes on 180C or until the top is golden.
