Pistachio Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g honey
- 130g Benna Pistachio Milkshake
- 80g of Benna Unsalted Melted Butter
- 150g of self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 80 g white chocolate chips or white chocolate chunks
- Crushed Pistachios
Method
- In a bowl mix together the eggs, honey, Benna Pistachio Milkshake, Benna Unsalted Butter and vanilla.
- Add the flour , baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add the chocolate chunks and mix gently.
- Bake on 200C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
