Irkotta Egg Bites

Serves

Ingredientsย 

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups of cooked spinach
  • 250g of Benna Irkotta ( you can also use lactose free irkotta)
  • Benna Gbejna Bajda (white cheeselet)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the eggs, spinach, irkotta, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix until a smooth texture is formed.
  3. Lina a muffin tin with silicone liners and fill each one with the mixture.
  4. Add a slice of gbejna on top of each egg bite and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200C.
