Ham and Irkotta Tart

Serves

Ingredients

  • 250g Benna Fresh Irkotta (can be lactose free)
  • 150g diced ham
  • 1 egg
  • 50g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 sheet of light puff pastry
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 100g black and green olives
  • Sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together the Benna Irkotta, ham, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. On a sheet pan add the puff pastry andย  spread the ricotta over the pastry.
  3. Add the tomatoes, olives and fresh parsley on top.
  4. Flip the edges and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes on 200C.
  6. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
