Garlic Butter Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 200g Benna Salted Butter
  • 350 g of baby potatoes
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 3tbsp of fresh parsley
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Melt the Benna Salted Butter and chop the garlic and parsley.
  • Place the butter, garlic, parsley and pepper in a bowl and stir.
  • Place the potatoes in the butter mixture and mix. Make sure all the potatoes are covered in butter.
  • Place them on a sheet pan.
  • Smash the potatoes using the bottom of a drinking glass.
  • Add a bit of butter on top of the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Add Parmesan cheese on each potato and bake until the cheese melts.
