Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g Benna Unsalted Butter
- 2 eggs
- 50g sugar (brown or white)
- 40g plain flour
- 25g cocoa powder
Method

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together. Let it cool.

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.

Fold in the flour and cocoa powder.

Pour into a parchment-lined baking tray.

Bake at 200ยฐC for 20 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve with a scoop of hazelnut ice cream.
Serve with a glass of cookies & cream milk on the side.
