Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 50g Benna Unsalted Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar (brown or white)
  • 40g plain flour
  • 25g cocoa powder

Method

  1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together. Let it cool.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
  4. Fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
  5. Pour into a parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. Bake at 200ยฐC for 20 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and serve with a scoop of hazelnut ice cream.
Serve with a glass of cookies & cream milk on the side.
