Cookies and Cream Crepes

  • 120g self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons Benna Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 230ml Benna Cookies and Cream Milkshake
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (for topping)
  • Chia seeds (for garnish)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, water, and melted butter until well combined. Gradually add the self raising flour, whisking continuously until a smooth, lump free batter forms.
  2. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it evenly. Cook each crepe for 30 seconds on each side, or until lightly golden.
  3. Stack the crepes on a serving plate. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and garnish with chia seeds.
