Cookies and Cream Yogurt Jars

Ingredients

  • 20g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Benna Cookies and Cream Milkshake (as needed to cover oats and chia seeds)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • Benna Light Vanilla Yogurt

Method

  1. In jar or container, combine the oats and chia seeds. Pour in enough milk to fully cover the mixture. Mix well.
  2. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Once set, top the oat mixture with vanilla yogurt, followed by pumpkin seeds and roasted hazelnuts.
