Cookies and Cream Yogurt Jars

Ingredients
- 20g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Benna Cookies and Cream Milkshake (as needed to cover oats and chia seeds)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- Benna Light Vanilla Yogurt
Method
- In jar or container, combine the oats and chia seeds. Pour in enough milk to fully cover the mixture. Mix well.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, top the oat mixture with vanilla yogurt, followed by pumpkin seeds and roasted hazelnuts.
