Broad Beans and Gbejna Puff Pastry Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 2 Benna Gbejna Friska
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g of Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100g of broad beans
  • 1 small red onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together the gbejna, grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the gbejna mixture.
  3. Add the beans, onions, fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
