Strawberry Ice-Cream
Serves
Ingredients:
- 100g of fresh strawberries.
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
- 1 strawberry Benna yogurt or any flavour of your choice.
Method:
- Slice the strawberries and place them in a sealed container. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Blend the ingredients – Add the frozen strawberries, Benna yogurt of your choice and honey to a food processor. Process until just creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the processor if necessary.
- Serve Immediately – The frozen Benna yogurt should be more like a soft serve.
