Salmon Cicchetti with Irkotta, Dill and Lemon
- 1 baguette
- Smoked salmon
- 1 tub Fresh Benna Irkotta
- Olive oil
- Cut the baguette into diagonal slices
- Heat a grill pan on high heat. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and grill for a minute on each side.
- Top with Irkotta, Smoked Salmon, and Dill
- Add sea salt and drizzle with olive oil
