Salmon Cicchetti with Irkotta, Dill and Lemon



  • 1 baguette
  • Smoked salmon
  • 1 tub Fresh Benna Irkotta
  • Dill
  • Lemon
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil


  • Cut the baguette into diagonal slices
  • Heat a grill pan on high heat. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and grill for a minute on each side.
  • Top with Irkotta, Smoked Salmon, and Dill
  • Add sea salt and drizzle with olive oil
