Broad Bean Cicchetti with Benna Irkotta and Mint
- 1 baguette
- Broad Beans
- Fresh Benna Irkotta
- Olive oil
- Cut the baguette into diagonal slices
- Heat a grill pan on high heat. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and grill for a minute on each side.
- Top with irkotta, broad beans and mint
- Add sea salt and cracked pepper
- Drizzle with olive oil
