Broad Bean Cicchetti with Benna Irkotta and Mint

  • 1 baguette
  • Broad Beans
  • Fresh Benna Irkotta
  • Mint
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil


  • Cut the baguette into diagonal slices
  • Heat a grill pan on high heat. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and grill for a minute on each side.
  • Top with irkotta, broad beans and mint
  • Add sea salt and cracked pepper
  • Drizzle with olive oil
