Chicory with Irkotta and Blueberry

  • Chicory leaves
  • Fresh Benna Irkotta
  • Blueberries
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil


  • Chop off the ends of the chicory leaves in order for the outer leaves to fall off easily
  • Top with fresh irkotta and blueberries
  • Add cracked pepper and drizzle with olive oil
