Irkotta and Walnut Salad

Serves 2


  • 100g Fresh Benna Irkotta
  • Mixed Salad Leaves
  • 50g Walnuts
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 finely sliced radishes
  • 1/2 finely sliced red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a bowl, mix the salad leaves, walnuts, radish and red onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and toss.
  • Transfer into two bowls and top with the fresh Benna Irkotta.
  • Finish off with a drizzle of olive oil.
