Irkotta and Walnut Salad
- 100g Fresh Benna Irkotta
- Mixed Salad Leaves
- 50g Walnuts
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 finely sliced radishes
- 1/2 finely sliced red onion
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl, mix the salad leaves, walnuts, radish and red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and toss.
- Transfer into two bowls and top with the fresh Benna Irkotta.
- Finish off with a drizzle of olive oil.
