High Protein Raspberry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1½ cups NEW Benna Pro Milk +
  • Greek yogurt (for topping)

Method

  1. If using frozen raspberries, let them thaw slightly (don’t use them straight from the freezer).
  2. In a bowl, lightly mash the raspberries with a fork.
  3. Add the honey, then the chia seeds, and mix.
  4. Pour in the NEW Benna Pro Milk + and stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  6. Transfer to a jar and top with Greek yogurt.
