High Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (½ cup per bowl)
  • ¼–⅓ cup Benna Pro Milk + Strawberry Milkshake
  • ¼–⅓ cup Benna Pro Milk + Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients (Strawberry Bowl Toppings)

  • Greek yogurt
  • Chopped strawberries

Ingredients (Chocolate Bowl Toppings)

  • Melted dark chocolate

Method

  1. Add ½ cup oats to each bowl.
  2. Pour Benna Pro Milk + Strawberry Milkshake into one bowl and Benna Pro Milk + Chocolate Milkshake into the other (¼–⅓ cup each).
  3. Mix and refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours.
  4. Top the strawberry oats with Greek yogurt and chopped strawberries.
  5. Top the chocolate oats with melted dark chocolate, chill until hard, then crack with a spoon.
