High Protein Date Bars

Ingredients
- 17 medjool dates dates
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup Benna Pro Milk+
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Roasted peanuts
Method
- Blend 7 dates, peanut butter, and oats until sticky.
- Press into a tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Blend 10 medjool dates, Benna Pro Milk+, salt, and vanilla until thick.
- Spread on top of the base and add roasted peanuts.
- Freeze overnight.
- Cut into bars and enjoy
