High Protein Date Bars

Ingredients

  • 17 medjool dates dates
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup Benna Pro Milk+
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Roasted peanuts

Method

  1. Blend 7 dates, peanut butter, and oats until sticky.
  2. Press into a tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Blend 10 medjool dates, Benna Pro Milk+, salt, and vanilla until thick.
  4. Spread on top of the base and add roasted peanuts.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy
