Peach Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 210g all-purpose flour
  • 100gr sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ยผ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 110g melted ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฎ ๐—จ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—•๐˜‚๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ
  • 1 tub ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฎ ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐—ด๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜
  • 2 tbsps. ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฎ ๐— ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ธ
  • ยฝ tsp almond extract
  • 1 lightly beaten egg

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 200Cยฐ. Combine butter, yogurt, egg, milk and almond extract in a large bowl.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
  • Spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake for 15 โ€“ 20 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
