Peach Yogurt Muffins

2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

110g melted ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ป๐ฎ ๐จ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ

1 tub ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ป๐ฎ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ด๐๐ฟ๐

2 tbsps. ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ป๐ฎ ๐ ๐ถ๐น๐ธ

ยฝ tsp almond extract

1 lightly beaten egg
Method:

Preheat oven to 200Cยฐ. Combine butter, yogurt, egg, milk and almond extract in a large bowl.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.

Spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

Bake for 15 โ 20 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
