High Protein Raspberry Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey

1½ cups NEW Benna Pro Milk +
- Greek yogurt (for topping)
Method
- If using frozen raspberries, let them thaw slightly (don’t use them straight from the freezer).
- In a bowl, lightly mash the raspberries with a fork.
- Add the honey, then the chia seeds, and mix.
- Pour in the NEW Benna Pro Milk + and stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Transfer to a jar and top with Greek yogurt.
