Irkotta Pistachio Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g Benna Irkotta
- 120ml of Benna Pistachio Milkshake
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of honey (more for topping)
- 120g of flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- Pistachios
Method
1. In a bowl mix together the ricotta, eggs , milk , honey and vanilla.
2. add the flour and baking powder. Mix well
3. On a nonstick pan add a bit of butter and 1/4 cup of pancake batter. cook for 1 minute on each side.
4. Stack the pancakes on top of each other, drizzle a bit of honey and pistachios.
