BENNA EXPERIENCE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Your booking is confirmed once the booking form is completed and full payment is received against the invoice issued prior to the activity.
2) Payments are non-refundable. (They can be transferred to a new date if you reschedule according to clause.
3) You may reschedule to another available date with a minimum of 3 days’ notice before your booking, subject to availability.
4) If guests/students drop out or do not attend on the day, no refunds are provided for their places.
5) Guests under the age of 3 or those requiring special assistance must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6) Any food allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 days before your event date.
7) The experience runs on a set schedule – late arrivals may reduce activity time without refund.
8) Any damage to the venue, equipment, or materials may incur additional charges.
9) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety or operational issues). In such cases you’ll be offered an alternative date.
10) By signing the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and confirm all information provided is accurate.
11) The Benna Experience doesn’t include a factory tour due to health and safety regulations. The Benna Experience is held at our premises in the administrative building.
