Caramelised Peaches with Ice Cream
Serves
Ingredients (Coconut White Chocolate Ice Cream)

1 large peach, sliced
- 2 tbsp Benna Unsalted Butter

2 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling

½ tsp ground cinnamon

2 scoops of Benna Coconut White Chocolate ice cream
Method

In a pan, melt butter and honey over medium heat. Add peach slices, and cinnamon.

Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring gently, until peaches are tender and caramelized.

Spoon over ice cream and drizzle with extra honey. Serve immediately.
Ingredients (Hazelnut Ice Cream)

2 pear slices

2 tbsp Benna Unsalted Butter

2 tbsp honey
-
2 scoops Benna Hazelnut Crunch ice cream

20g dark chocolate, melted
Method

In a pan, melt the butter and honey over medium heat. Add the pear slices, cooking until golden and caramelised.

Place the pears in a serving bowl and add the ice cream.

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and serve immediately.
