Ice Cream Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates
- 5 tbsp Hazelnut Crunch Artisan Gelato
- 5 tbsp Benna White chocolate & Coconut Artisan Gelato
- Melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
- Melted dark chocolate (for drizzling)
- Chopped hazelnuts (for garnish)
- Shredded coconut (for garnish)
Method

Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.

Fill 5 dates with 1 tablespoon of hazelnut crunch ice cream and the remaining 5 dates with 1 tablespoon of white chocolate & coconut ice cream.

Place the stuffed dates on a tray lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with melted white and dark chocolate.

Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over the hazelnut filled dates and shredded coconut over the coconut filled dates.

Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set and the ice cream is firm.
