Pistachio Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g honey
  • 130g Benna Pistachio Milkshake
  • 80g of Benna Unsalted Melted Butter
  • 150g of self rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g white chocolate chips or white chocolate chunks
  • Crushed Pistachios

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together the eggs, honey, Benna Pistachio Milkshake, Benna Unsalted Butter and vanilla.
  2. Add the flour , baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Add the chocolate chunks and mix gently.
  4. Bake on 200C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
