Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g of chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small orange bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium sized red onion chopped
  • 150g of Kalamata olives
  • 150g of sweet corn
  • 1 Benna Gbejna (of your choice) chopped
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 250g of cooked cold pasta
  • 2 tbsps of olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a large bowl add the bell pepper, olives, tomatoes,tuna, onions and sweet corn. Mix well
  2. Add the cold pasta, chopped Benna Gbejna, fresh basil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer into a large bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Serve it on a large serving plate with more basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
