Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 200g of chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 small green bell pepper chopped
- 1 small orange bell pepper chopped
- 1 medium sized red onion chopped
- 150g of Kalamata olives
- 150g of sweet corn
- 1 Benna Gbejna (of your choice) chopped
- 2 cans of tuna
- 250g of cooked cold pasta
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- In a large bowl add the bell pepper, olives, tomatoes,tuna, onions and sweet corn. Mix well
- Add the cold pasta, chopped Benna Gbejna, fresh basil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer into a large bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Serve it on a large serving plate with more basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
