Broad Beans and Gbejna Puff Pastry Tart

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 Benna Gbejna Friska
- 2 eggs
- 40g of Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 100g of broad beans
- 1 small red onion
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
Method
- In a bowl mix together the gbejna, grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread the gbejna mixture.
- Add the beans, onions, fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
